How do you eat the same thing every single day?
One of the drawbacks to meal prepping is that you’ll likely be eating the same lunch or dinner every day. Some people have no problem with this while others grow tired of eating the same meal throughout the week. One way to mix things up is to use different sauces to change flavors. For instance, find a basic chicken breast recipe that you like and use difference sauces throughout the week. Ideas include teriyaki sauce, Italian dressing, and chipotle sauce.
Why is my chicken so dry?
This is a common problem. Rest assured, you’re not alone! Luckily, there’s an easy solution – invest in a meat thermometer. Cook your chicken to 165 degrees Fahrenheit and remove promptly from the heat. It’s easy to overcook your meat when you don’t have a thermometer on hand. Trust me, it’s a game changer.
